Purpose Statement:
PRAYER WORKS: The purpose of the Interlock Prayernet is to provide a weekly update of prayer needs and answered prayers to the friends of Larry and Debbie Stout, missionaries who worked and lived in Latvia from 1990-2006. In addition, Larry reflects on current events from a Reformed world and life view in a series of short articles. On this website, the archives of these are listed under Topics of World Affairs, Religion and Life, Popular Culture, Politics and Democracy and Academic Subjects. Comments are welcomed, but prayers are needed!

CALVIN RECONSIDERED by Larry Stout
I regret that John Calvin does not have an anniversary every year, because the wealth and quality of the books that have come out on the great Reformer this year has been astounding. I have either purchased or obtained from the library virtually all of these, and there have been many, many gems.
